2024 KSDE SETS Administrators Conference

This KansaStar 101 session is an overview of the school improvement app that is required for schools that are using the Title I schoolwide model and schools identified to work with KLN. We will be walking through the basic structures that are required to have a school improvement plan that is in compliance with the federal regulations, and also a review of the changes in the Core Functions that are aligned to the KESA four Fundamentals (Structured Literacy, Balanced Assessment, Standards Alignment and Quality Instruction). This session will be beneficial for new staff members and anyone wanting a review of the application.
